“Meditation is a simple but life-transforming skill that can help you to relax, enhance understanding about yourself and develop your inherent potential.” Perhaps you have questions about your life and your purpose but do you realize that answers to any and all of your questions are already within your mind body connection? All you need to do is quiet your mind and tune into the wisdom of your body to align yourself to a deeper sense of self and simply be open to what’s possible. Meditation can and does cause Miracles! This is a two hour class designed to teach you what Meditation “is” and “isn’t”. You will learn the benefits of meditation, explore different styles of meditation,and be introduced to various techniques that will help you understand and enjoy your unique meditation experience.

Learn to transcend your five senses! Join us Thursday, November 5, for our Spirit Circle. This spirit circle is a group sitting of those who wish to go above and beyond the limitations of the physical world in order to connect with higher knowledge. We all have the ability to connect with our “sixth sense”, or “higher self,” and with practice we can expand this knowledge to develop communication with the divine. The circle is a great place to unite, raise vibration, develop your intuitive abilities and learn to interact with spirit to facilitate your soul’s journey. You will learn to recognize and trust your inner guidance and connect with your spiritual teachers, angels, guides, and loved ones now in spirit. Each Evening will open with a prayer and meditation to call upon our heavenly helpers before working on techniques such as building intuitive skills, table tipping, Spiritual and Angel Card readings, psychometry and more! Following our sacred work, time will be available to discuss individual experiences. The evening will conclude with a prayer of gratitude to guide us back to the physcial and ground.

Soul Food for Kids with Cheryl Ceurvels

Cheryl will blend meditation and creativity to teach natural relaxation methods and increase intuitive awareness. Each month meditation will be combined with activities such as working with angels, guides and animal totems. We will explore angel readings, pendulum work, and a variety of other tools which help to encourage and validate trust of inner peace, wisdom and guidance. Young people have so much to gain by learning relaxation techniques that help to enhance creativity and concentration, while eliminating worries and reducing restlessness. Learning to become still, peaceful and happy is a wonderful skill to have and leads to calmer, clearer and more capable individuals.Meditation is a simple but life-transforming skill that can help children to relax, understand themselves and develop their strengths. It can stop emotional issues before they become patterns and inspire children to trust themselves and their own inner resources to help them navigate the course of their lives. Himalayan Singing Bowl Meditation
Join us, together with Stephanie Woods, "The Singing Bowl Lady" and experience the healing power of sound meditation.Singing Bowls are an effective and gentle way to unwind from the hectic pace of your personal and professional obligations. Using her collection of Asian bronze hammered bowls, Stephanie will perform a group concert eliciting beautiful and relaxing tones from the bowls by either tapping them or rubbing the rims with various mallets. Stephanie's intention always is to impart Love and Light and healing energies to all present. All you have to do is choose a comfortable place to relax, and listen as the Singing Bowls work together with your body and consciousness. Everybody needs something different; your body/mind will choose its own healing vibrations from the beautiful, relaxing and expansive music of the Himalayan Singing Bowls. Many people reach a dream state within five to ten minutes. Time is given at the end of the session for people to gently 'wake up' and share their perceptions and the effects the Singing Bowls have brought about.
To maximize your experience, it's best to wear comfortable clothing and to have some clean water to sip. If you prefer to lay down, it's nice to have a pillow, blanket, and yoga mat, and some form of eye covering (a sleep mask, bandanna, etc.) to block out visual stimuli; or you can choose to sit upright in a chair and still receive all of the benefits. Also, think about an issue you'd like to work you'd like to work on, so as to set an intention before the session begins.
